never recieved my order but the sender is saying its delivered what can i do to resolve this matter

i bought a item on ebay and when i checked the status it's saying its delivered but i didn't recieve this item. saying it was delivered to a us adress but i live in canada

Try going to My Ebay > Summary

Then click on the Tracking number for the item under Purchases

A window should pop up and it it you should see a blurb like this:

"This shipment has been transferred to Canada Post for delivery to the final destination #" and a tracking number for Canada Post

Click on that number which will take you to CP's tracking. You should be able to get more detail there.

The Toyota Tacoma Gloss Black Light Mount Bar was shipped with the Gloal Shipping Program. That means that the selelr was supposed to ship it to the Global Shipping hub in the USA, and they will ship it to Canada and take it through customs and then deliver it to you. I expect that you will be able to see a new tracking # when they ship it to Canada, or maybe when it has gone through customs. I don't know exactly when.
