i purchased a cell phone being shipped from hong kong and paid 9.95 shipping and handling.what other charges and how much roughly should i expect to pay when it arrives? i paid 160.00 for the phone.any info would be appreciated.thanks.

How much you have to pay depends on which province you reside in. You will have to pay PST+GST or HST based on the declared value of the item.If the phone was sent through the mail,Canada Post charges an $8.50 fee to clear it through customs. As far as I am aware,there is no duty on cell phones.
