If it is less than 60 days you can still leave feedback. If you paid with a credit card you can try doing a chargeback by calling the 1-800 number on the back of the card. If so have all your info handy before you make the call.

No, can't say as I have.

No-show items are a big problem with a certain country on the other side of the world.

It's been 6 weeks, you say?  You have just over 6 weeks (45 days) to file a claim.  When exactly

did you buy it?  I gather you did not know about the Resolution Center deadlines, so I will post

the link here telling you how to get money back, but it sounds like it is too late this time:

However, if you used a credit card, as 'toby' says you might still have a chance at a chargeback

because cards have longer deadlines, so if this is an option, have the statement and all receipts 

in front of you and call NOW.

Otherwise, your last gasp of retaliation remains feedback.
