Buyer can't check out, gets "! Something went wrong try to check out again later”

A buyer keeps getting the message "! Something went wrong try to check out again later”.  He is getting frustrated and I do  not want to lose the sale.  Has anyone experienced this before? How is it resolved? Thanks

Ask them to log-out, clear their browser history, restart their computer and try again. Sometimes it’s a glitch, sometimes it’s a cookie thing.
