Does ebay use tag sales depot?

I am trying to find out if tag sales depot is safe to deal with....I have never heard of them....i read that ebay uses them and trying to find out if this is true.

I'm 99.99% sure ebay does not use TSD as a method of payment. The only "escrow" service they use is through Paypal.
