I sold a pair of ankle boots in a box. It's from Canada going to a US destination. Now trying to make a shipping label using PayPal (first attempt) but the PayPal customer service centre was of ZERO (spoke to three different reps with heavy accents) help and they had no idea what I was asking. I simply wanted to know what service type to choose from the drop down menu (ie. Light Packet USA, USA Small Packet, Expedited Parcel-USA, etc.). This is a shoe box weighing approx 2lbs. At the post office, the scale showed 92.4 (forgot what unit it was in).
On eBay, shipping for this item was: Standard International Shipping.
Also, it says Canada Post next to Carrier....is that correct or do I have to change it to UPS?
