How to charge for extra shipping when the item has already been paid.

A customer has already paid for an item through pay pal but shipping charges are more for that country. How do I charge the extra shipping when the item has already been paid? The customer still wants the item and will pay the extra charges.

hi .. Can refund the incorrect payment and invoice for the correct.

However , not really the buyer's problem. Your calculator is set up incorrectly and buyer is paying what's there and not required to pay more.

One listing shows canada/us $4 , others $6. but if i click on Brazil , $4. is showing. Another $9. can/us all other depends but click on brazil and shows $9.
