There is now an "Unmark as Payment Sent" option under the "More Actions" item in the right hand menu (Actions column).

The only way I have been able to figure out is to simply contact the seller and request they send you an invoice. I don't know what their system shows, so you may need to explain what happened since they may need to reset something to allow a duplicate invoice.
Pretty silly to not allow a way to back out of a "Payment Sent" notation. Seems to me this situation would happen a lot. Sounds like a great suggestion to sent in!

Those notes are usually just for your own information. Have you actually tried to send the payment?
