I hope they have mailed it back to you first....before you refunded the buyer.  That was a rookie mistake I made when I first started selling. The buyer cheated me and I pretty much lost the value of the item as well as the final value fee, and shipping fee.

You should sort it out with the buyer and if that doesn't go smoothly, contact PayPal or open a case in PayPal.
