I used the shipping supplies coupon but still got charged through Pay Pal!

I used my eBay store shipping supplies coupon on supplies last night. They took the -32.32 out of my Pay Pal. I did apply the coupon right... does anyone have insight on when or how this amount gets funded back?
My summary dashboard does show that the code was redeemed. My Pay Pal receipt I received after shows $0 with a -$32.32 discount.

My PayPal transaction for a purchase last month has $32,23 for the item, a coupon line of -$32.23 and a total of $0.00

My ebay purchase history shows $32.23 in the summary and $0.00 in the details.
