A bidder from Brazil is bidding on a hot item. I specifically wrote in my listing that I DO NOT SHIP TO BRAZIL but the bidder didn't bother to look. I sent the Bidder an email once this morning to ask her to retract her bidding., no answer. I sent an email this afternoon telling Bidder to Not Pay Invoice because I do Not Ship in her Country, I even wrote it in Portuguese and I didn't get answer from her. I would like to end my listing because I do not want her to pay for an invoice and then Paypal will charge me a fee.
I want to end it and no be penalized.
