Hi i won an item on ebay (09,09,2014) that is a local pickup, i messaged the seller that same day asking for the info as i have not yet paid for it and i will not pay untill i get the info. So far no replies, is the seller trying to wait it out in hopes i give up because i won it on the only bid for $50.00 ?? Can ebay send me a phone # so i can contact him or can ebay contact him and force him to comply with the sale ?

What is probably happening is eBay is blocking your messages, including a phone # is seen as an attempt to circumvent the fee-incurring payment process. Not only that, but I once had a message blocked (with a warning) saying that local pickups were not allowed. Things aren't getting any better......
