I bought something for $4.25 but the confirmation email said my total was $9.78 but it said it came with free shipping. Is that normal or did they just take more of my money?
Did you check that the Free Shipping also applied to Canada?
It is not unusual for the FS icon to show even though it is only applicable to domestic (usually US) sales.
ALWAYS open the Shipping and Handling tab.
