Purchase was received damaged, returned to seller. Seller received product and said would refund cost. How long should I wait for refund????

Hi .. Seller should have refunded promptly. Are you within the 45 days allowed by PayPal to open an item not as described in resolution center. If so , file.

Did you return with on line delivery confirmation as required by PP.

If over 45 days a chargeback is the only option if payment was funded with one. Can call the 800 # on back of card. Need all transactions details when calling.
