order cancelled by mistake

Hello,

Our order has been cancelled by mistake. Customer paid and we send item to customer. Today we received email from Ebay that order has been cancelled.How we can stop this cancellation? Can you help us please?

Is the money that your customer paid still in your Paypal account?

Or more precisely, has a refund been made from your PP account to the customer?

 

Do you have tracking on the shipment?

Has the shipment been delivered to the customer?
