The message I received from eBay says that a payment was issued on a particular date and is being processed. What should I do?

The message I received from eBay says that a payment was issued on a particular date and is being processed. What should I do? How long should I wait until I send the item? How long does it usually take for payments to clear through PayPal?

Also, do buyers see the same message on their end so they are understand why an item is not sent immediately?

Hi .. What is your PayPal account showing. Payments are instant. Will show complete or pending for echeques which take 8/9 days to clear. Assuming you are not under a payment hold. A payment could also be under a PP review.
