Why didn't "Bill Me Later" come up as a payment option in PayPal? I've been using it for months!

My last 5 or 6 transactions all had this option.  I bought some stuff tonight, and it's no longer there.  Has this happened to anyone else?  Also, an item I was bidding on was ended early.  Are sellers allowed to do that?

Yes, sellers are allowed to end listings..

Bill me Later is a payment option available to US members. Will see on listings when logged onto ebay.com.  As a canadian member , have no idea how you have been using.
