hi every, i won a watch auction for a watch but some reason the transaction was declined on my credit card. now the seller has blocked my id and i am unable to bid again for the item. is there any i can get my off the blocked list. can only make payment via credit card. no paypay. any help will be highly appreciated.

Hi .. answer is no. Sellers routinely block non payers. If you receive 2 unpaid strikes on your account you are auto blocked by most seller.
