i received a notice saying i have an unpaid item. i have the receipt from pay pal .what to do ?

you will hve to contact ebay or pay pal and ask them what is going on

Yes, contact PayPal regarding the payment. EBay will also look into the Unpaid Item Assistant. Just remember if you get three of those UIA strikes, your account gets automatically shut down by eBay.
