Tell seller you will not pay a PayPal invoice (Off ebay) , send a combined invoice through ebay.

Sellers do not need any of your information. We simply click on "Send invoice". The rest is completely automatic. Be careful, lots of bad people out there, cheers.

This is a very sketchey practice and I would be very careful with this seller. When he sends the invoice (through eBay, not Paypal alone) ask him for a Delivery Confirmation number to put him on warning that you are not to be messed with.

He may not be able to provide one. That is not a problem.

And mark Day 30 after your payment on your calendar. If the items have not arrived start a Paypal dispute.

BTW, PP is almost as good as eBay at protecting buyers. Fortunately, many crooked sellers don't understand this. Unfortunately, neither do many disappointed buyers.

Caveat emptor.
