All country search gone, Before, Volvo emblems, now international sellers only, results, 600, before 1100. Another good feature lost!

Before you could search the whole world, and if you found an item, you could get a friend to buy for you in another country, or you could contact the seller and ask to change settings to international settings. Or go to the eBay site for that country and buy from there.

I think is is part of the greed campaign by eBay to use PayPal only, as many foreign countries will take a credit card, or a bank transfer

Sorry you have missed the point, take a larger result item search like Volvo 240, under the old search all countries, I got approx 69,000 items, under the new search Volvo 240 worldwide I get approx 29,000 items.

When one is searching for rare parts etc, you could find them in different countries, and once found you could go about acquiring the part, such as having a friend in the region buy it for you, asking the seller to change his selling options etc etc.

When I use my saved search all countries, the first page comes up with the 69,000 items, but as soon as I go to page 2 of the search, it drops back to the the North American setting, giving approx. 11,000 items.

This is what ticks me off, and I am sure this applies to other buyers who are searching for rare items all over the world.

Hi hinterland ..when i search your item and select North America i see 570 listings. Selecting worldwide results in 970. ?
