I paid for item. Seller will not accept payment or communicate with me so I cancelled transaction in paypal. will i get my money back?

Hi tannahilldave.. If you cancelled an unclaimed payment PP will credit back to your balance or to credit card if funded that way. Will take several days to show on your card account.

Not much can be done without communication but can leave feedback.
