Looking for a US mailing address with a company that will reship via USPS not UPS or FEDEX and with a free or low cost sign up fee

I am seeking  a US address so I can have items that will not ship to CANADA to be re shipped to me here in Canada.I used to have an account with some company that I cannot remember anymore that did reship using USPS but I can't remember who they were or my account info. If you know of one that doesnt charge alot to reship from USA to Canada and uses the regular mail service please let me know. Thanks
