i am trying to go to ebay.ca from my page but always takes me to ebay not everyone on there shipps to canada,

Are you trying to see that it shows ebay.ca at the top left hand side instead of the ebay logo shown?

If so, Ebay has changed that to not show ebay.ca anymore. To know your for sure on ebay.ca, look to the top right and look for a "Francais"
