When I type in 'Carron' a brand of fly fishing line', EBay's search changes 'carron' to 'carbon'. How do I stop this from happening?

EBay's search seems to have an auto-correct that assumes I've made a mistake in my typing.  I'd like this off.  The name 'Carron' is in my spelling dictionary so it is not the OS doing this.

What it means is that there are no listings with the keywords you used in search, such as "carron fishing line".  If you have indeed not made an error, it is certainly not a common brand, as I just scrolled down several hundred listings of "fly fishing line" and did not see that brand name on any of them.

People do make mistakes, not just in search but in listings too.  If there are none available for the words you use, the system tries to suggest the closest.  So with or without the auto-correct, - there is no Carron brand fishing line available anywhere on ebay today.

There's still loads of fishing line, though, so no need to stay home on the weekend. 🙂
