my item from the us is lost. who starts the search ? thanks

tracking number shows item was del. but no one was home. a card was left. i was at home and no card was left. our local post office has no record of the parcel del or left card.

PS .. a card was left is not delivered. Will ultimately show successfully delivered or return to sender.

thanks for the replys.  that was the us tracking, the canada tracking info shows card was left pick up item at po. post office shows no del and no parcel in my name or address.

Hi .. does the tracking show any address information. A wrong/fake tracking #. Have you contacted the seller.

Seller has to initiate claims. Your protection is a PayPal claim but would not be successful if the item shows delivered to your address.
