2 Hours Wasted RE: Internal Application Error (s) & Many Other Glitches on Editing Listings !!

Hi, After 2 hours of time I have only managed to adjust the prices on 2 Listings! The rest that I selected Failed.

I first scrolled through my page of 200 listings and selected over 20 listings to reduce the price on and edit Titles etc. I then selected- Edit selected items - the page opened and NO items were listed -form was blank -I clicked on change view etc & nothing populated so I had to cancel out. So I selected 5 of the original items and tried again - as similar things like this have happened b4 or the Bulk Editor has just hung - usually a box pops up saying -you left the last session with items not completed, do you wish to continue on these? - But NOT today -only the 5 I re-chose appeared and One of those had the dreaded " Internal Application Error " Red Flag !  Which won't allow you to save any changes on that listing - this error has been coming up on MANY listings for the last  4 weekends. - My health has not been good lately & I have very little time with ability to list and work on my store, thus with little activity comes little sales. I have been trying for 4 weekends to reduce the sale price on my bigger listings with multiple watchers to induce some income! - Every Time, I get this error & can't change the price. Sometimes if I then select a couple items I can then edit the one with the error in the Bulk Editor- but 70% of the time the error transfers into there also.

Not sure if this screen shot is showing or not? I just see the file name -This took time for me to learn how to do screen shots = multiple reasons why I haven't been physically able to give time to asking questions before now -- On the screen shot -Issue Two - Now when I Edit a Listing, whether Solo or in Bulk - the Shipping Policy & Payment Policy - Blank out or reset to the first one on my list which is the cheapest rate! - So I then have to re-enter these values also-Sometimes I cannot remember what shipping policy I needed just by the package dimensions as some have special considerations that add a few $ to them -- SO many extra problems & time when I just wanted to reduce something $5 or more. And I put a note in the Custom box, so that I know when I last reduced something, hence using the functions to say reduce "all these by $5 " doesn't work for me.

Alright, I had my 5 items -1 with the error - got a screen shot - re-entered the values for shipping etc and changed back to the graph view ...... NOW 3 items were showing the" Internal Application Error "  Come on !!  Don't get me started on being forced to enter a Sales Tax of .01% also -when every box is clicked to say that I don't collect tax -This problem was going to be fixed by eBay 2 years ago -along with several others= still waiting. Why can't I email in a list of problems to eBay? I don't fare well waiting an hour on the phone even asking for a call back & then an hour with someone live asking questions and then nothing is done, even when it sounds like they are correcting some easy items as we were speaking??? My brain is slowed due to illness right now, so unfortunately live conversations are taxing and often difficult.

Many Thanks tyler@ebay  - here are 4 listings that were still affected today. Using the Payment policy that says standard -with the most listings attached to it - same with the Return policy - the 2nd policies were generated by ebay !! -- Ebay keeps overwriting my shipping policies with its own titles -which mean nothing to me - and sometimes the $ figures are wrong and i have lost money on the sale... You can see the mess that my shipping policies are in - oodles of them, takes me too long to snag the one I want when creating a listing - I've deleted them all out through the business policy page and they keep coming back again.. -Sorry I wrote a more detailed message 15 minutes ago -but hit "comment" under you reply message - and ofcourse I got an error and the long msg was lost - so , so am I - Tax issue was working today - I de-populated the field on some listings i edited and they went through without that error...

Hi @watermelonmemories2005 - sounds like it's definitely been trying to get things edited. 

When I load your items into the bulk editor I'm not seeing the internal application error your screenshot shows - is this something that is still occurring? If so, would you please provide an item number to me to test?

You shouldn't be being required to list a tax  percentage if you don't want to. Would you let me know what payment policy you're working with so I can have a look?
