Can I talk to a live agent on eBay

I have tried to speak to an agent at eBay as I have an issue that cannot be solved with the automatic replies. Cannot find a single phone number after one hour search. Does anyone have a phone number for Customer Support ? Thanks in advance

Go to "My eBay", go to "Purchase History", then select the appropriate option for an item not received.
