Hello - question of limits for new sellers please.

I am not sure if its $1000 in value of listings OR  10 listings max.    Help info and Overview notation about this on seller are at odds.

It's whatever limit you hit first.

It's also not 10 listings.  It's 10 items total across all listings.  So if you have only 1 listing but you have 11 of an item, you'll only be able to sell 10 to start.  I tried to put 323 dollar cards in a single listing; I was under the $1k limit but I could only officially put 10 to start.

Thank you - why didn't they say so? Language like what is used on this site does not make for clarity. I have sold often but years ago so I am back to square one which is fine if I knew where square 1 was. I have listed 10 items and am being invited to list more - might try it tomorrow for the heck of it. Many thanks for taking the time to help.

I understand how you feel. The wording took a while to get used to. Fortunately at your current limit of 10 items per month, you don't have to sell 10 items per month to get your limit raised to well beyond that.
