I want to communicate to Ebay by email not phone, at one time it was easy to do ,now it seems I am going around in circles .i have a problem with my account in the selling department , possibly caused by a unpaying customer or maybe ebay having solved the issue but not really ? if anyone can help me to get in contact with ebay by email I thank you .
