How to pay for USPS shipping labels on .COM after entering MP?

I just switched to MP yesterday on May 31. I chose CA$ payouts since I live in Canada and use CA$. I list a little on .CA and a lot on .COM. I had my first US order yesterday and funds cleared today into MP.  I went to pay and print the USPS shipping label on .COM(like I always have done), and the only source of funding for payment of the shipping label is with Paypal(as it always was). I have read that I can pay for shipping labels with my balance in MP. I have also read that there should be an option at the bottom of the shipping page to switch between Paypal funding or MP balance for payment of the shipping labels. I do not have this option.  So as it stands right now I can only pay for the USPS shipping labels through Paypal. This makes no sense as I am getting paid into Ebay's MP.

Does anyone else have this issue? Is there a work around or a payment option that I need to select in some obsure place?

Phone support is by minimum wage subcontractors somewhere in Utah. Not useful and often vague on detail like "Canada".

Try the social media support which is manned by trained employees with some authority.

Meanwhile- you know you can buy the labels using your credit card right? It's not as integrated but it is there.

And if you are using chitchat you might call them for advice.

yup exact same problem, ive been calling once a week ebay support to help and they dont ever call me back, they dont resolve the issue, the are ruining my account, angry buyer as fed ex is only option, way too slow, costs me way more money. this issue will never be resolved,  i dont know what to do as paypal is not an option for me. Please someone reply to this with a suggestion or help, thanks kindly

Could you please give more details as I don't understand how your account is being ruined. Are you planning on crossing the border and mailing your packages in the US so you want to print labels on .com so that you can use usps? Are your payouts in $US? According to a post the other day, they just started allowing Canadian sellers who have payouts in $US to have money for their shipping labels taken out of their pending funds. Have you tried to do that recently? Or, is the problem you are having about something else?

For his shipping problem why doesn't @johnny-surplus  use pirateship.com if they want to buy a USPS or UPS label.
