I tried to cancel the order as a seller, and eBay says "It's too late to cancel this order. You can contact the buyer if you can still cancel the order for them." So I contacted to the buyer and he agreed to cancel the order, but still the same instruction pops up when I click the "cancel transaction or order". what should I do now to cancel the transaction?
