Hi,

I just sold the cellphone, and waiting for payment,but I got error that this listing has been removed or it's not available. I ask buyer that did he paid or not ,but I didn't get respond. what should I do?

Your phones are a high fraud category, especially the ones you are selling that purport to be gold and diamonds. Do you have test reports or some means of authenticating them?

I'm wondering if that's why eBay stepped in. Check your email and spam folder. If no emails from eBay call them and find out what is going on.

I would be extremely cautious about selling those types of phones on eBay.

I didn't get an email or message from eBay!! I asked Ebay about that, but they just told me there is issue in our system, and you have list your item again.

i don't see a phone you  sold , in the last few days, if you have sold it previously, and are waiting for payment, it will show up on your seller summary page,  you can also check on your paypal page,

Do not send until you have verified payment, through paypal,, and be sure to send with tracking, and signature, when you have received confirmation of  payment through paypal, ..

Could you provide a screenshot of that message?

You as the Seller would have been told if the item was removed. With dire warnings about Defects and other problems.

Does the message actually say that the BUYER is Not A Registered User (NARU)?

That means he is a scammer and has been tossed off the site by eBay. You were lucky they spotted it.
