i have about 70 active listings on ebay.ca as of the end of august i listed and relisted several items and for some reason none of them show up on ebay searches as being listed .
the only person that knows they are listed is me the seller .
contacted ebay support dozens of times and no one can fix the problem .
never had this problem before ! has anybody an explanation for this ? or better yet a solution ! .
One other thought. Is it possible you are over your selling limit based on value of your items. You should be able to confirm your limit in Sellers Hub. You may have to justify with eBay IF you are over a limit. Would think they would let you know if you ARE over your limit but not sure how that works exactly.

Check the shipping.
Are your items available to all the countries you are willing to ship to? (And are you sure you are willing to ship to Uganda? Because you do.)
Have you been 'Relisting'?
What happens when you 'Sell Similar?'
Do you have your descriptions and photos saved to your desktop? Because your items will only remain in Unsold for 60 days. Save the basics while you can.
What happens when you take your photos and descriptions and make a new listing without using Relist or Sell Similar?
When I checked just now, it's only showing 14 listings visible. If someone could pass this on to Tyler, please?
Thanks,

AS FOR THE 40 DAYS DELIVERY , THAT IS FOR OVERSEAS BUYERS AND NOT FOR BUYERS IN NORTH AMERICA.

Forty days??
Are you shipping by Surface?
There is no reason for any overseas shipment to take more than three weeks in my experience, and I've been selling mail order since around 1978.
NEVER ship Surface.
It's too expensive.
By the time it arrives, the unhappy customer has opened an Item Not Received dispute, won, got his payment refunded and left you negative feedback.
In any case, your handling time should be a week or less. Most sellers get their shipments out the same or next business day. Handling time refers to the time it takes you to get the item packaged and into the mail not how long it will take to arrive.
Telling your customers that it will take longer will not help in a Dispute.
But definitely, Air Mail only for overseas shipping. If the buyer can't afford it, he can't afford your doohickeys.
If he demands it, you are being set up for a scam.
And I see 77 listings at 11:08pm PDT.
I see 72 listings so it must be fixed?
Do you intentionally have a 40 day handling time on your listings? I suspect that will stop some people from purchasing because they don't want to wait that long. Of course they have to be seen in order to be purchased so I hope that the visibility problem is really fixed for you.
Hi @filamenthead - I'm not certain what's happening here, so I've gotten it reported and will keep you updated as I hear back. Thanks!
