Listings are live on our store but the price is not showing unless you click on the product itself. You'll only see the price once you click on the product and it leads you to the product page.

The store set up  itself looks quite a bit different than most eBay stores so I suspect the problem has something to do with the template that is being used.

I also noticed that your store  has an http address rather than an https address but I’m not sure why it’s not a secure URL.
Where is your video being hosted from?  There are specific rules for that. I will look ti see if I can find the info on that.

If no one here can help you you might want to post on the eBay.com in the technical issues forum.

Could it be that your store was set up using a service outside of eBay.....

Change the view to listings and not a view of gallery photos may change things

I use Auctiva to set up my listings... but my store has always been set up on eBay using gallery photos where the price is shown...

Hi @renewactivescanada - your custom store looks great!

Such highly personalized HTML code isn't something that we can help you troubleshoot, I'd recommend reaching out to the provider of your store customization so you can let them know what's happening with it.

Thanks!

The price shows just fine on my screen.  May have been a temporary glitch.

It's not a good idea to sell on eBay with zero feedback.  Do some buying from sellers who leave FB on shipping to build your "reputation".

Your customer payments will be Held for up to 21 days against customer satisfaction, just like all new and occasional sellers.

You give your location as CA, Canada. Many American buyers will think this means you are shipping from California (CA).  Lose that acronym.

Because the listing looks so professional, I wonder if you are dropshipping?

If so, the location must be the location of the PRODUCT which is where it will be shipped from, not your location.

You don't need a Store to sell on eBay. You have 50 Free Listings every month without it, and as a new seller you won't be able to list even that many until you have proved yourself to the Powers That Be.  You can ask that the Store subscription be ended at the Security link at the bottom of this page. You might get the fee back. Or not.

You also can, without the Store subcription, get another 50 Free Listings on eBaydotCOM, at no further charge, but you can't use them yet.

Your dropshipping supplier didn't tell you that, eh?
