Listings are showing active on my account but they're not live on my Ebay store.

We just opened our ebay canada store and listed the products using Joelister. They listings are showing as active on our account but they're not live on the ebay store. What could be the reason for this?

EBay tells us that it may take up to 24 hours for a new listing to "index" and show up on the site.

The newer the seller the longer. And that also goes for high value/high fraud items like electronics or sneakers or camera parts or dolls or horse tack.

This is another reason to avoid the default Auction listings which last only a week. Go instead for the 30 day Fixed Price lisitings to get more bang for your... well they're Free so not your buck, but you get the idea.

Also look in the top right of the over Simplified Sell Your Item form for a link to the clearer Business/Advanced form which gives you more options.

There is no need for a Store to sell.

You get 50 Free Lisitings a month without one, and can list another 50 on dotCOM * still for free.

Meanwhile you won't be able to use the whole 250 "free" listings you are paying for until a few months have passed and you are established as being worthy.

If you started a subscription, phone Trust and Safety at the bottom of this page and try to get out of it.

It usually takes 3 hours to a week to get listings fully updated across eBay's servers in my experience.
