Packages for my items to Europe are $50+ for Tracked and $22 Not Tracked. If I get a message in the eBay platform where the buyer accepts liability for loss or damage will this cover me from a claim?
No.
The only way to avoid Item Not Received (INR) claims is by showing that the package has arrived.
And that requires tracking with confirmation of delivery.
And a signature if the value is over $650 /$750.*
What you have to remember is that your customer is buying from you (or online generally) because the item is not available in his country.
Either he can afford fast, secure shipping or he can't.
His budget not yours.
BTW-- since the boxes for your models are flat, have you considered scanning them rather than photographing them on an angle?
*I'm a little vague on this because I rarely sell anything of high value. I'm also not sure if "value" includes the cost of postage.
