New payment system and Canadian refunds

I’m brand new. I just pulled my listings because a day after posting they changed the payment system. My question is, if payments are going direct to our bank accounts, how would we issue an international refund since you can’t etransfer money to other countries from Bank of Montreal.

I can use Western Union etransfer, but that will cost money and the recipient has to pick up at Western Union office.

If sold under the old paypal system, you can refund via paypal.

If the sale was through Managed Payments then the refund is issued through ebay.

The refund money comes from:

* balance ebay owes you (having weekly payment is better than daily for this)

* remainder comes from bank account/credit card (seller can select which is tried first, I would set up credit card as first choice, then bank account as last choice to avoid bank fees)
