A few days ago I got locked out of my account. I kept clicking on the boats and buses, and then decided to try to sign in with my google account, which I have never done. I was asked a series of random secuirty questions linked to my google account. When I got signed in I was directed to another sellers page with sort of the same name as my google account user name. The amazing thing is I had control over the persons Ebay page! How and why can that happen?

It sounds like you created a new eBay account by signing in via social media.

To sign in to your current account via social media, you need to link your account to your social media account first.

I have had the same problem on the seller community board see my issue.
