Sold to a local buyer. How do I change shipping terms?

He picked the item up from me. There was no shipping cost. How do I indicate this?

I sold to a local buyer, but if I mark the item as shipped I will be charged a percentage  )

I believe you will only be charged FVF on shipping if there was an amount charged for shipping.
