EBay tells us that it may take up to 24 hours for a listing to "index" and appear on the site.
This usually affects new or occasional sellers more than us old lags.
And it also affects items more if they are high value or high fraud categories like electronics or coins.
Take this time to read the information about Selling that is posted under the My eBay heading at the top right of your account page (it's not on this page annoyingly).
