Where did all the shipping services go? I only have "Canada Post Lettermail" as the sole option.

Why is "Canada Post Lettermail" the only available shipping service when listing new items? 

There used to be more services to choose from (Canada Post Tracked Packet, UPS, Fedex, etc.)

It’s a showstopper bug that other users are reporting as well. There are half a dozen other posts about it on the forum already.
