Once again today I had to go searching for the HS code for the item being shipped. Sometimes it is so wsy to google hs code and the name of the item and it pops up readily. However there are times when you just can't find it.
This so frustrating and a waist of time. Ebay should have some kind of drop down menu or list ready for sellers to access. As it now much time is wasted and slows down the shipping process.
Does anyone else have this problem.

@onlywindowdressing You might want to save these shortcuts somewhere for future reference. When searching it's best to use generic terms. Same goes for adding the info to your customs form. Customs just needs to know its a book. Not a book by Stephen King as an example.

I suggest you keep a spreadsheet of HS codes for common things that you sell. It saves a LOT of time.
I just wrote the HS codes in the back of my daybook as they came up.
There are only four I use constantly, and eleven in total.
