I Sold a camera bag and got this message from the buyer
"Dear Dan: I received the bag and also it had a surprise with it. When I opened the bag out of the packaging; I noticed an unusual shape at the bottom of the bag. This turned out to be a considerable amount of ants. In order to get rid of them permanently; I had to spray the inside of the bag with Ant Spray. So now I have a bag that smells of insecticide. And of course I was not expecting any of this. Please email me a prepaid return label and upon you receiving the bag; please issue a full refund. Thank You."
I replied with a request for photos.
I know there were NO ants in the bag, it was inspected prior to shipping and it sat 2 feet away from my desk for weeks with not an ant in sight .. and its still cold here in Canada.. no ants yet
any advice on how to deal with this person would be greatly appreciated
