on eBay.ca in Active Items the drop-down menu on the right does not show Review All Offers.

Spent well over half hour on phone with eBay including losing the connection waiting so long for the agent to try and get an answer from somebody who might know.

Thankyou, I will followup but the items have since sold and I have no available for which I can Send Offers. I will make notes on any Offers Sent so please close this for now. I will add that downloading the latest mobile app for eBay.ca I can now see Review Offers.
