Hi @the-collection-store - which account are you referring to? It looks like you've been able to access the-collection-store id without an issue because you're logged into it to be on the boards. 

If you're referring to a selling restriction or something like that please review your eBay Message Center for more detail about what you can do to resolve those. Thanks!
