Certificate error on New Listings

Using Microsoft Edge Browser. Anytime I create a new listing and save to draft I receive the following error message. The listing is saved, and the error does not repeat itself on subsequent saves, only on the first instance of saving a new listing to draft. More annoying than anything. Is this a eBay bug or a issue with the browser?

This has been discussed on other threads and Tyler gave this answer on the Oct 31 weekly chat.

"this issue was closed as it is on the radar of the tech team and is the expected performance at this point in time, though it will change in the future. 

 Specifically:

  This is related to the Google Chrome mandate that all pages be HTTPS. Transition for major pages have been completed, but is still ongoing for other more minor pages. The conversion project is still underway, and as the pages are made HTTPS the error will no longer display"
