Daily Account Activity - for some strange reason my "daily account activity" is not showing; anyone else having this problem?

I have not been able to see my daily account activity for over 4 weeks; I would to know the fees that I am being charged to ensure there is no discrepancies in their accounting.   I have spoke with eBay and they even filed a ticket to get looked into; that was 2 weeks ago.  No response; no answers; no nothing.    Anyone else having this problem?  It's like the "interface" or whatever they use has just disappeared.  Have tried using the "customization" button to include a date range; I can't even find if I've been credited my fees on an item that wasn't paid for by the buyer.    Have deleted cookies, rebooted; to no avail......I am a one up from basic store with pro manager.  Hoping someone else is having the same problem.....Thanks and have a great day!
