Does anyone have a similar problem when trying to respond to a question or contacting a seller?

When I try to respond to a question from an interested buyer, the message box is not allowing me to respond. There is no flashing cursor, just an arrow pointer.

The same thing happens when Itry to ask a seller a question. The response box appears but no cursor to start typing.

Try this...delete your cache and cookies and restart your computer and try it again.
