Ebay not getting back to me

I have called Ebay 5 times and on each instance the CSR on the other line promissed me someone would call me back.

Does Ebay keep notes, or am I doing something wrong?

 

Does anyone know how to get the attention of someone who cares at Ebay and will follow through with the promise to call me back?   On each of my last long conversations as I would told my issue was escalated to the next level support and I would be contacted.  It's been weeks and none of the 5 people have contacted me.

This is related to a bug on "MyEbay" that is showing 2 of my items as "Payment in Progress".   Those 2 items have been paid for, and received and feedback left.  Clearly it is not my end.

Hi bhtoronto.. eBay glitches occur all the time and your myebay is there to only help manage your activity. Transaction is complete so just move it to archived and ignore.

 

Yes, it may not be trivial to you but for ebay , minor. Yes, promises made should be kept but it just is not going to happen. Don't waste any more time on the issue.
